Target Public Relations has a new addition to its team following the appointment of Bethan Simkins as Account Executive.

Bethan has two years experience gained at agencies in the region and has worked on clients including Kawasaki, the Blenheim Festival of Flight and RPS. Her new role at Target will involve working on clients including Specsavers, E.ON Energy UK and Spadel – producers of Brecon Carreg and Spa bottled waters.

"Bethan's previous experience will stand her in very good stead for working across our broad client range. We have recently won several new accounts and it is great to have a new team member on board to help support the existing team," said Sarah Bryars, head of PR.

"Target is an award winning agency and I am looking forward to the challenge of my new role and working on some well known brands," added Bethan.

Target Public Relations was formed in 1996 as part of the Cheltenham-based Target Marketing Communications Group that, since 1977, has built a reputation as a fully integrated marketing communications agency incorporating advertising/design, media, digital and direct marketing.

Earlier this year, Target PR celebrated winning a gold CIPR award for the 'Switch Off at Lunchtime' campaign also on behalf of Powergen, a company of E.ON.
