Colin Spencer

Chairman

Ex Saatchi & Saatchi, Colin is a CIMA qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in the advertising industry. As Chairman, he handles Target’s financial and legal matters, providing boundless support and belief in the business.

Chief Executive

Having joined the company in 2005, Sarah took the helm at Target in 2011. Sarah’s PR experience spans a range of public and private sectors and her hallmark is developing marketing strategies for clients that combine business focus with a creative edge.

Sam Kandiyali

Director

Following a PR degree, Sam was feature writer for the Sheffield Telegraph before joining Target in 2000. Sam leads Target’s consumer work, although her versatility and experience adds depth throughout the team.

Non-Executive Director

Ray brings his vast experience as a management consultant, assessing and guiding the boards of businesses in sectors and markets all over the world, to the benefit of Target’s directors.

Account Director

In the last decade Rachel has worked with consumer, hi-tech and B2B clients, including Specsavers, E.ON and Jewson. But it’s Rachel’s infectious passion for trade clients that has earned her ‘trade PR guru’ status within the team.

Account Manager

Bethan is an experienced media relations practitioner; as comfortable handling the intricacies of technical material, as she is promoting celebrity campaigns, heart warming local stories and national sporting triumphs.

Account Executive

Tash has worked as an intern at Target while studying for a degree in Public Relations, becoming an integral part of the client-facing team and honing her skills in the workplace.

PR and Marketing Assistant

Target’s first apprentice, Courtney joined the company in 2010 and began her college studies early in 2011. Creative, inquisitive and determined, Courtney is building firm foundations for a shining career.
